Since I wrote my Sunday entry 4 times and each time getting an "Error", I split my blog entry in two parts.
I got up real early this morning and was greeted by this beautiful flower in my dining room and I sat there to do a little cross stitch piece for my friend Sammie's birthday gift package. I started & finished it before 7:00 am and now it goes into her birthday box for April.
It's a beautiful weekend so I'm going to sit outside with my knitting and watch the crocus pop up!

Love the colour of the flower! Always think that flowers at this time of year are hopeful signs of spring - for those of us who suffer the indignities of snowy, cold winters!
